Hey there — I'm Ghadi, a pediatric resident physician, and I'm about to finish a master's in public health.
Clinical medicine taught me how to care for a child in front of me. Public health taught me why so many children never get that far; that gap is usually information delivered to parents and caregivers, not medicine.
I started Peds&Co because of something I see in clinical practice constantly: the best outcomes don't come from the best instructions. They come from families and clinicians who understand each other. A parent who knows why a decision is being made asks sharper questions, notices problems earlier, and follows through when no one is watching.
That conversation deserves more time than an appointment allows. So, I'm writing it down here, to the best of my ability.
